When will my order ship?

All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@tatindesignco.com within 7 days of delivery.


Can I cancel my order?

We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has entered production.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at info@tatindesignco.com.

If your order has not entered production, we'll do our best to update your shipping address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or the order has shipped.


My package says "Delivered," but I don't have it. What should I do?

Please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

If you're still unable to locate your package, contact the carrier using your tracking number. You're also welcome to email us at info@tatindesignco.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.


Do you offer custom orders?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders.


What size should I order?

Please review the sizing chart on each product page before placing your order.

If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, many customers choose to size up. For a more classic fit, we recommend ordering your usual size.


How should I care for my apparel?

To help keep your apparel looking its best:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.
  • Use a gentle cycle.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not iron directly over the printed design.
