At Tatin Design Co., each product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests submitted within 2 hours of purchase. However, because production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been submitted for production.
