Processing Time

All Tatin Design Co. products are made to order and printed especially for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days.

Please allow approximately 5–12 business days total from the date your order is placed for production and delivery.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 are charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for buyer's remorse.

Please review the product description and Size Chart before ordering to ensure you select the best fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
