Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order. This means each item is created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@tatindesignco.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it enters production.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect or reroute packages. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number first. If you still need assistance, please email us at info@tatindesignco.com, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
